I'm used to temperatures from summer +25 until winter max -10

Hello!
I think Kristiansand would be the place for you, considering the climate, and it isn't to big of a city

-10 ?
Outside Oslo? lots of jobs in the area. short way to a ferry if you want to go visit home.
But the temperature? Bergen? Always rain in the winter.

Yes minus 10 in the winter last year in holland For a few days only
Bergen bin there a couple off times and it rained every time i was there.
Oslo is to busy for me. I think i will ask my norwegian teacher about kristiansand.

Halden is also a very pretty small town in the south. Only a few clicks from Svinesund (Sweden) where everyting is cheap!
Dunno about jobs in that area, but it´s a dock there and during the summer it´s a plessent to be there.
A really kindly small town witch got the old school look.
Warm climate during winter too. Not much of snow.
Otherwise I would suggest Lillehammer, but that would might be to coold?
Can be down to 30-
